In the heart of the bustling Fitzrovia you will find a very cool fast-casual restaurant serving up quite possibly the most forward thinking and interesting RAW food in London.
Rawligion is completely gluten and dairy free, its paleo friendly, vegetarian, 90% vegan and always organically plant based.
With choices such as gRAWnola, Spicy Asian Slaw (a raw Pad-Thai if you will!), Raw cauliflower sushi served with seaweed caviar and decadent desserts like their Caramel Shortcake grabbing a quick bite that’s gluten free couldn’t be easier!
Rawligion is so ahead of its time that I am truly blown away. Gone are the days of the green vegetable juice (bleurgh) Rawligion has upped the game and created what can only be described as liquid gold.
Juice highlights include;
John Dee: £6 A scary looking black/grey juice that’s so fresh, citrus-y and invigorating it’s a fantastic pick me up (morning, noon and night) with ingredients such as grapefruit, lime, ginger, volcanic salt and charcoal.
Pretty in Pink: £8 A skin saviour that tasted like a floral explosion with ingredients such as rose, burdock root, schizandra, aloe, and pomegranate.

Brain boosting Milk: £5 a stunning creamy concoction that is ultimate brain food with ingredients like walnuts, vanilla paste, salt and triple filtered water ph8.5.
It’s obvious to see how much time and effort has been put into the menu, they even go to the effort of washing their organic produce in 11.5ph water to remove any nasties! All staff and the owner are completely clued up on their food and are super approachable and knowledgeable.
It’s absolutely unpretentious and absolutely a must for anybody interested in nutrition.
Recommendations: Chocolate Torte. Kelp & Basil Pesto (never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d enjoy this! But SERIOUSLY. So good.). Smoothies!!!!
