I tend to use this quote as my mantra.
Just because I’m a Coeliac doesn’t mean that I should be restricted in any way.

I am not about promoting specific lifestyles, nor do I believe in writing negative reviews, I’m more about enjoying my food whether it’s indulging in a slice of cake, devouring mouth-watering pastas, pigging out on burgers or tucking into a delicious salad.

For me I want to share my knowledge of WHERE and HOW to eat gluten free in London.

I've created this blog in hope of easing the quiet panic when someone pipes up "should we grab something to eat? I fancy Italian". I'd like that you can type in an area or a cuisine and find something to suit, stress free.
