Screw skittles, the only way I want to taste the rainbow is via Meringue Girls.

Bite sized beauties in all flavours such as Lemon Sherbert, Watermelon and Unicorn Poo (yes, you read that correctly, it's as mystical as it sounds). They also have instagram famous pavlovas topped with fresh cream or a dairy free ganache is flavours like salted peanut & honeycomb, raspberry and chocolate with brownies.
Sweet, crunchy and light, I certainly can't walk past a stall without buying at least one!
Because eating a bite-sized GIN & TONIC pavlova in the AM is far more socially acceptable than drinking one...
