Tucked away in the beautiful location of Wandsworth Common
you will find the fantastic independent café Flotsam & Jetsam.
An antipodean – style café which offers an all day brunch,
delicious drinks and freshly baked items.
It’s welcoming, friendly and relaxed but most importantly
the food is ridiculously good.
Gluten Free wise, bread can be substituted with their
freshly baked cornbread. Which is a treat in itself let alone when it’s
combined with breakfast items.
When I visited Flotsam & Jetsam I had the Eggs Benedict
with smoked streaky bacon served on cornbread. I am a great believer of “A
pictures says 1000 words” and so I suggest you scroll down because it was quite
honestly one of the best brunches I’ve ever eaten. Absolutely mouth watering.
Other gluten free options include Smashed Avo & Feta, Eggs Florentine, Eggs Benedict, Heuvos Rancheros and Pulled
Pork Hash.
They also have a savoury scone, brownie and chocolate orange
slice on offer in the freshly baked section and they also serve All Press coffee.
This place is sheer perfection and I will be returning again
and again. I mean… who doesn’t love brunch?!

Directions: Take the right hand exit at Wandsworth Common
tube. Turn right and walk down the lane till you get to the main road (Bellevue
Road). Turn left and you’ll see it immediately on the 2nd road to
your left.
n.b. It’s also a 15 minute walk from Balham.
